  • growth charts

    After we have found out the 7-month-old Jeff’s weigh is WAY over the 97th percentile on the growth chart. We immediately measure his length which hardly touches the 75th.
    Both Kaiser and Celine are at around the 80th for both height and weight.
    Led by only 2kg and soon outweighed by the little bro, it’s getting hard for Celine to hold Jeff in arms!

    This is how a 2-year-old attempts to secure an apology from a 4-year-old:-
    Celine: Say sorry to ME!
    Kaiser: ……..
    Celine: Say SORRY to ME!
    Kaiser: ……..
    Celine: Gor Gor, sorry.  Sorry!
    Kaiser (wondering why and in a rather hesitated tone): It’s okay.
    Celine: Say sorry to me NOW!
    Kaiser: ……(turn a deaf ear and go away)
    Silly girl thinks her bro will apologise if she does her turn first!

  • Food pyramid

    Kaiser learns the food pyramid in school and knows so well that snacks at the top level are not supposed to be eaten too much.

    Mama also posts up the pyramid to remind the boy what constitute a balanced diet and what can help him grow tall, not fat.
